About me and my passion for cars
I was raised in the backseat of a '79 Trans Am...not just any...the 79 with the Pontiac 400 6.6 Liter 4-speed manual. THAT Trans Am...bright red with the orange screaming chicken. Then Knight Rider happened, and then my mother got an 83 Black and Gold Trans Am. I spent a LOT of time around cars, at car shows, and dreaming about what kind of car I wanted. For a while, cars faded into the background while I went to college, but I still knew what I liked. Several months ago, I came across one of those black 83s, went and bought the Knight Rider box set, and bought that Trans Am. Now I've sold that one, but I have an 88 Flame Red Metallic GTA being restored. I'll be starting school this fall for Automotive Systems, and I'm finally bringing out my passion.
