Rim for 2000 WS6 TA

I have a "cracked" rim & am needed of a factory rim, "GM9593305" which is discontinued & there are NONE available in the US, from Pontiac dealers. IF they had one the cost would by $1009.00 ! ! ! The optional replacement "QF6" is close, but the lug nuts...

I need new tires for my TA. I live in Florida so I need something that will "hook-up" in the rain. Any suggestion that are under $300 a tire?
