I've owned 3 Chevrolet Coupes.
The aforementioned Beretta had 120 HP I-4
but, it got about 32 MPG highway.
My first Monte Carlo was a 2003 LS with 180 HP 3.4L V6
good deal stronger, but only got 28 MPG highway.
My current 2006 3LT with the 242 HP 3.9L V6
very strong, max highway is about 26 mpg, 22 mpg average.
But, then again, I wouldn't hesitate if I could give up another 4 MPG for 60 more HP! Each car was a 60 HP step!
My next step would have to be a SS, or perhaps an entry-level Corvette... I'd hate to see the insurance costs on that.

Car I wish I still had
That first Beretta had lots of nice mods. It was very unique, but I couldn't afford to keep it and it's replacement, a 2003 Monte Carlo LS. I wish I still had that one too. The 2000-2005 Monte Carlos have very unique front clips, where 06 front clip is almost too similar to those on all the new Impalas, Cobalts, etc.
