About me and my passion for cars

I'm a GM fan particularly Pontiacs '67-'81 birds. I currently drive a '09 G8 GT, a '08 Solstice GXP and a 2003 Chevy Silverado LS.

My dad was a Ford man and did all of his own auto work. So I learned how to work with tools from him.
I landed a part time job after school at a Good Year Tire & Rubber corp.store in Montgomery and gained some valuable experiences. Mounted many a custom wide treads in my day, a few brake jobs, shocks, lots of oil changes. My favoite task though was spinning 'em up on the spin balancer...those things were awesome! hated the new fangled "computer balancer".

I do some mechanicing now and then, nothing major. If you want something done right, you have to do it yourself as the saying goes.
