About me and my passion for cars

My love for cars started when I was an 8th grader in school. I was offered a job detailing cars at my friend’s dad’s dealership. It was just a weekend job but it exposed me to all different types of cars. It also taught me how to take a car that was extremely run down and make it look like new. Or that is at least what the boss thought. Some of them just had no hope. So when I had free time I was always detail my Lumina there after hours and it has pretty much stuck to this day. I am know for have the cleanest car in my family and it is not very often that you see a water spot on my car. I think detailing cars is a good stress reliever for me so I do it as often as I can.

My first car

My first car was a 1963 Chevy C-10 pickup. It had the original straight six in it and had just over 50,000 mile on it. I had to put a new floor in the cab when I got it. I didn't really like driving it at the time because it was a stick and really light in the rear end so I parked it and purchased a 1990 Lumina.

Car I wish I still had

I wish I still had my 1997 Chevy Monte Carlo. It was the first car that I actually purchased myself. Over the years that I had it I put a lot of time and money into it to make it my own. It was fun to drive and it had everything I wanted in a cruising car, a nice system and pretty good gas mileage.

My dream car

I have a couple of them. A 1969 Dodge Charge RT of and 1973 Mustang Mach 1 (my dad had one).
