About me and my passion for cars

Started in 1975 when my brother-in-law picked me up from school in his 1969 Camaro SS with a 4spd and a 4.11 posi. That ride home changed my life and created a passion that has included 4 Chevelles, 2 Novas, and 10 Camaros over those last 25 years! I guess it goes without saying: "I'm a Chevy Man"!!

My first car

White 1966 Chevelle ~ Built 350/TH350, 3500 Stall Converter, 12 Bolt Posi w/4.11's, Ladder Bar Setup, Centerline Auto Drags! It was my Uncle's Steet/Strip car until he bought a Pro-Mod '66 Vette. I bought the Chevelle from him in 1982 when I was a Junior in High School.

Car I wish I still had

My Black 1967 Nova Super Sport It was restored up in Canada by a guy who spent 4 years on it and over 22K for the total rebuild. It was in showroom condition and had a high gloss finish that was smooth as glass. I can only imagine what it would be worth today. Either one of the three 67 Camaros would work too!

My dream car

1967 RS/SS Pro/Street Camaro with a 472ci solid roller small block
topped with a 8-71 Blower. Tubbed w/a narrowed 9" rearend, a 4 link suspension with coil over's. Built TH400 with a 9" 4500 Stall Converter. The body channeled about 3" over the frame and a 10 point cage. High gloss Black with HOC Candy Tangerine Flames, purple tips and royal blue pin-striping. A full 4" Flowmaster Exhaust System. I'd say by the time I hit 50 I'll have it sitting in my garage. (That gives me 10 years)
