About TXMirage’s Garage
About me and my passion for cars
Always liked lightweight cars with large motors. Use a bigger hammer :-) to get the job done. Have friends in various types of racing and learn from them all. I believe you never stop learning and if you think you know it all then you have stopped learning. I can't get enough of the knowledge these guys share with me. And the bench racing sessions are fun too.
I would like to get my car in shape for showing some. Its a driver so it will never be completely clean. I believe if you oun it you should have fun with it and enjoy it as much as you can. You only live once, better make the most of it.....as well as life in general. That is how the Mirage came into play. I wanted one since high school when I first saw one. A high school kid can't afford that, so now years later I came to the conclusion that I had to start enjoying life instead of working through it. So I bought it and have scrificed a few "things" to get there, but every time I get on the road, it pays for itself. Too cool to cruise it. So if ya'll get out west of Houston holler......might get ya a ride in it.

Projects.....
Mar 17, 2009
I have several projects going on at present. One is a sound system for the garage. I had at work a setup I used on weekends to listen to music while repairing production machinery. A kenwood car stereo with a 10 amp power supply and some old RS speakers....
