About me and my passion for cars
You have to go back to when cars were made from American Steel in America.. When on Saturday night you could sit on Main St and see 1960 and 70's muscle cars even in a small town like Sparta N.C. These were the cars that wore the SS stripes, Road Runners, Yenko and Cobra Jet badges like a proud soldier... The cars that you could stand beside and feel the ground shake under your feet and you did'nt have to ask the owner, is she fast... The cars that you watched as they pulled from the parking lot at the 76 station and smoke the tires though 4th gear when the Town Police was out of sight and hearing distance... The cars you could work on with a tool box instead of a degree in engineering... I love that American Muscle...

Hey yall... Some of yall have heard me talk about my youngest son and his lawn mower racing... This all started in 2000 when a group of guys decided to start the AMRA (Alleghany Mower Racing Association) to raise money for the newly constructed fair...

I found a 1970 Chevy CST-10 long bed truck.... The sweet thing about this truck is its all original and was bought new by the seller... (one owner baby) It has all the extras I need... 350 turbo auto trans, 12 bolt pos rear end, power steering and power...
