My first car
A '75 Lemans with a clogged and leaky radiator that I managed to drive down some railroad tracks to a fireworks display of sparks and then after I got the hole in the gas tank and radiator patched it over- heated and the engine caught fire and burned all the wires. My replacement? A '73 Pinto.
Car I wish I still had
'85 Dodge Omni GLH Turbo. The only car I ever bought new. Biggest bang for the buck. Carl Shelby's idea and one of the original econo-tuners? Mitsubisi 2.2 liter. Dead even 0-60 with my 944 and pulled the same Gs as a 911. They did a Shelby edition later that was much improved.
My dream car
550 Spyder, '56 Speedster, '64 904 Carrera GTS, '73 911RS, a new GT3 RS and maybe a Shelby Mustang convertable, a '60s Vette or a Lotus Esprit.

I need to get back to VA and take some real good photos of The Red One so I don't lose another challenge! Well maybe I need to get a 944 turbo instead and tune it to the hilt or maybe just swap out the 2.5 liter for the 5.0 liter engine from my 928 hehehe.
