I'm from Brockton Ma. home of Rocky Marciano, and Marvelous Marvin Hagler.
Brockton is named "City of Champions"! It's also a melting-pot for many different nationalities.
One thing we love to do around here is build, show off and race our car's.
So It's simple, cars make my heart race and put a smile on my face! I'm not a "Jay Leno" when it comes to the background stories and certain facts about cars, but i just love how a cammed out engine rocks the body of a chevelle, or a 'Stang that smokes the tires from a red light,even the smell of high octaine fuel gives me goosebumps!
.I also like the way cars bring people together! Family,friends,beaches,cookouts, good music, car show's,and drag racing. That's what my summers were like and I hope to keep it that way for a loooooong time (God willing)!!!

My first car
My first car was a 68 Pontiac Tempest safari wagon.It came w/a 350ci/2spd. powerglide,but ended up w/a 400ci/turbo 350 trans.I was 17 so that was cool for my first car! (the back seat folded down!)
Car I wish I still had
My 72 GTO 400, 4 speed! That car was toooo much fun! My 78 Trans Am Too!
My 81 Monte carlo w/B & M supercharger on a 400 sb!
My 83 Chevy Malibu wagon w/ 400sb and B&M supercharger
My dream car
A 79 corvette(which i recently purchased). It needs work but that's the fun part.......right? RIGHT??

- Thanks for the comments on my Monte. The wheels are Eagle Alloy Series 212. They're available in a range of sizes, of course. I'm using 18 x 8.
The cam shaft is a Compcams XE256. While I never did a baseline dyno before the upgrade, afterwards I'm getting 190 HP, and since stock was supposed to 140, I guess I picked up 50 Hp. Still, my goal is 0-60 in under six, and my Engine Analyser Pro says I can't do it with that the existing LG4 305, without spending $6500.00, so I will opt for a 350 down the road.

- Thanks for your comment on my Monza. Looks like you have a good thing going on with the Vette. If you need some pointers on cams etc... I use some expensive computer tech to build HP at all levels. My little Monza is a hydraulic cammed, pump gas friendly, 461 HP @ 5500 RPM and 485 TQ @ 5000 RPM. It is fun??? I love building motors. Anyway, I like the comment and thanks again. Maybe sombody will actually vote on it though. lol
