About me and my passion for cars
We are Greg and Ann Marie, and this is our 1966 Pontiac Parisienne.
As you can see by the photos, we do get warm summer weather in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada and this is when we enjoy our Pontiac to the max!!
As "old car" enthusiasts, we enjoy driving and showing our Pontiac, as well as organizing events for other hobbyists to enjoy.
We are fortunate to have many fine museums in our beautiful city, and they often provide an interesting venue to display our vehicle. We drive our Parisienne to many Shows within a 100 mile radius of Ottawa, and the trip is often as enjoyable as the Show itself.
My first car
1960 Sunbeam Rapier.
A rare import from England.
A beautiful little 2 door HT. Cream colour with red top and red side-flash, red interior with bucket seats and walnut dash including tach. A four cylinder dual carb engine with four speed floor shift.

- From Someone who's family on one side came from Valcartier Canada ...A BIG HELLO!!. My great grandmother home still stands, next to the cemetary and I have many photo's of her and her boyfriend Guy Lomardo, by their lake Wolff Lake I photos of my great Uncle General Wolff. THAT IS ONE NICE LOOKING PONTIAC!

- Nice car! Remindes me of the 60's when I waxed many pontiacs and Caddys for a new car dealer. Especially when Blue Coral,(GM's wax then)was requested on black cars.

- Love that old Pontiac, grew up in up-state New York, helped my dad restore many 63-64 Gran Prix's and a few 67 GTO, but them big ole Pontiacs cant be beat.

- Thanks for the compliments on the Olds you're right the car is pretty much stock except for the wheels and we changed it to positraction and put a 340 gear in it. it came with a 252 rear-end gear.
also, looks like you have a pretty cool car also. I like those old pontiacs, you don't see them real often.

- I love the looks of your '66. I can only hope my '65 Bonnie turns out half that nice. I do have the fender skirts in the trunk. That should help.
