About me and my passion for cars

This is my 2d new car and I love the retro look and feel of the car. I plan on driving her till the wheels fall off. Mods to come, but I really can't make up my mind what can make her look better!

My first car

1969 Pontiac Catalina 2dr, dark red with black vinyl top. Had it exactly one week before I got t-boned on my way to high school after an icy morning. Being sideways in the road in front of the car that hit me helped a lot!! Car was never the same. Drove it for quite a while though.

Car I wish I still had

1972 Buick Skylark 2dr, dark brown vinyl over bronze. Gorgeous car! Wrecked that one, too!! Some goof pulled out in front of me - sun got in his eyes. Only accident I wasn't ever able to drive home from. Bounced me around the inside of the car and off the rear view mirror. That car was never the same either.

HHR forum.... www.chevyhhrfamily.net - it's the Best! Friendly, warm, helpful, great bunch of people. Some of them (us) crazier about their cars than the others, but that's okay. The more the merrier. We have a great time, and we carry on just like family!
