About me and my passion for cars

The passion is for the art of making my own personal statement of who I am in the car crazy world. I always wanted a sporty, fast car that was brand new, like a canves ready to paint. I have always been into the car show scene and took my family with me so they fell in love with cars also. My wife and I have know each other for 50 years, she was my childhood sweetheart at 5 and I was 8. Married now for 40 years next April and she is as big a car nut as I am. The Trans Am has seen the drag strip and I found I loved racing it, the runs I have made get me so bumpped up. I only wish I had done this long ago, so dont just think about making a run at a local strip, do some time slips. This way at least you will know if it is for you, I bet it is!

My first car

A 1949, Chevy. torpedo back sedan, had only one month before the trany blow and had to sell for $50.

Car I wish I still had

The 55 Chevy, sedan, 6 cyl, custome paint, rolled and tucked interior, chrom wheels, loved that car. I had to sell before I left for the service in 1966, did not know if I would ever be back.

My dream car

This I have, a 1998 Trans Am WS6 bought new from a dealer in Seattle, it was the last 6 speed left in the USA. With the Sport Gold a very rare color, I plan on keeping it and have upgraded to 400HP.
