About me and my passion for cars

My father started my passion for cars. I would listen to him talk about cars all the time. When I was young (9 or 10) I could name the make and model of the cars we passed on the road. I love Mustangs. I bought my first when I was 19 and have had 6 since then. Right now I have a 1987 GT convertible and a 2002 GT. I only like driving V-8s. Yes, I am a 50 year old gearhead.

My first car

My first car was a 1966 Plymouth Fury 4 door. It was huge for a16 year old. It only cost $200.00 and I paid for it myself. That was alot of babysitting money back then. Okay I'll say it. I started driving in 1974.

Car I wish I still had

When I was 19 years old I bought a 1967 Mustang GTA convertible. It had a 390 in it and was red with a white top. I paid $2000.00 for it. Now it would be worth a fortune. I loved that car but I sold it for a down payment on our first home.

My dream car

My dream car would be to have that 1967 Mustang GTA back. It was what started my love of Mustangs and I have been driving them ever since.
