About me and my passion for cars
Ever since I was a kid putting posters of exotic cars on my wall I have had interest. I really didn't get into knowing cars until I was 17 when I saw a friend of the family's IROC. When I was 19 I had a coworker who had a foxbody mustang. Talking to him is when I started to learn more about cars. Since then I have had a 86 Blazer, 86 Camry, 92 mustang lx convertible 5.0, 95 mustang cobra that had aluminum heads, procharger and a lot of other goodies. After getting married I got a 02 silverado and a 94 Ford Probe(POS). Right now I am currently building a car that was put together piece by piece. It is a 1989 mustang lx with a 87' t-bird turbocoupe engine. It has a Holset HY35, front mount intercooler, t5 transmission, 65mm throttle body and other misc parts. It is my version of a SVO mustang on steroids. Her name is Thunderstang. I am currently in the process of getting a moates chip burned for 55 lb/hr injectors. This way I can bump the boost to ~ 23psi. I would really like to get a ported head and a nice roller cam by Boport and MS2 from wilson racing but unfortunately I don't have that kind of money. Maybe when tax season comes around I'll get myself a late Christmas present.
