About me and my passion for cars
My father, mother and uncles gave me a passion for cars and motorcycles. I would help dad tinker on his 57 Chevy or maintain mom's '70 GTO before she bought the first of her two Vettes ('76 & '78). In fact my first Vette was the '78 Silver Anniversary she bought of the showroom floor in Texas City, TX. (Man, I wish I had that one back!). I also was lucky enough to have uncles who drag raced and built hot rods. Hell, I would stay home to watch Wide World Of Sports race coverage while my friends were out fishing!

- Thanks for coming over to check out some of my car show pictures. I got lots more. I just finished restoring my first C3. A '78 L82 4spd. Complete with a video of cranking it up the day I put the engine back together with the new long tube open headers. I love Vettes so I came over to check out Slick, your '80.
