If you want change in anything you do the first thing you need to do is inform the people that can affect the change as to what you need or want changed
This site has forums every where open one and state what you need and encourage others to get into the conversation and see what ideas you might come up with
And always try to comment on you friends ideas when you see a post that they have put up.The more people see you post and listen to your comments get to know you a little better and when people see some one they recognize in a challenge it will help them to vote for you.
If you are in a group be sure to post in their forums often so your friends can here from you and know that your are still active.
