I am away from my desk: Aug 9, 2007; I know there has not been much happening here on the site, sorry I am forward deployed right now and don't have much spare time. I will post things as I can. In the mean time happy cruising to all and to all a good drive! - Ed .............................. I am back for a while but busier than any one person should have to be. I am sad to report that T.O.M.C.A.T. (the local club) is in dire straights. It seems many of our members are also busy with their lives and there just is not much left over for the club. I hope it turns around but the future is bleak for now. I'll try and keep you posted as I know more. Happy cruising!!!

Challenges: Apr 2, 2007; Hey all. If any of you are in any challenges feel free to post a short description and we as a group can check it out and vote accordingly (no arm twisting, no really)!!! Good luck to all. OBTW I'm not open for challenges with my Monte at this time after getting my hind parts handed to me a few months back. After I get done licking my wounds I might re-consider. About Group

Located in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia, The Original Monte Carlo Association of Tidewater (T.O.M.C.A.T.) was founded on September 5th, 1997. T.O.M.C.A.T. caters exclusively to the Chevrolet Monte Carlo. Membership is open to anyone who mearly displays an appreciation of these full-size Chevrolets, both old and new. Ownership is not required but encouraged.
As a club, T.O.M.C.A.T.'s purpose is to be dedicated to preservation of the Monte Carlo tradition. The club goals shall be to provide a path for an exchange of information between the members of T.O.M.C.A.T., relative to the club, or the community, and to promote a positive, friendly atmosphere and open forum for all members and their families.

Membership Requirements: How can I become a T.O.M.C.A.T. member???

To become a member of The Original Monte Carlo Association of Tidewater T.O.M.C.A.T., go to the T.O.M.C.A.T. link in the Info section (to the left just below the logo) just fill out the application or contact one of the Executive Committee members at tomcatcarclub@aol.com or tomcatcarclub@yahoo.com. There is a club fee of $10.00 per year to cover administrative costs but it is well worth it to be part of one of the greatest car clubs around...
