Heidt’s ’55-’57 Chevy Car Triangulated 4-Link Kit

For the Tri-5 Chevy cars, this kit does not require a panhard rod. The link bars are fully adjustable, 1-1/4-inch tubing with 3/4-inch stainless adjusters and urethane bushings. The kits are available in plain steel or polished stainless steel tubes. The kit includes all the links and brackets as well as Heidt’s Adjustable Coil-Overs and upper crossmember. (more…)

Doug stands next to his project and heaves a sigh of relief. She is finally done and ready to do battle at the shows and on the road course.

How do most high-caliber muscle car projects start? When viewing the finished pavement bruiser of a ’66 Ford Fairlane 500 constructed by owner Doug Shultz only one word came to mind: vision. As the former owner of Street Works in Auburn, Washington, Doug spent many years crafting cars for customers, and even has a Goodguys Street Machine of the Year title under his belt from 2001, which was clinched with a blue ’67 Nova.   (more…)
