| Description: | I don't actually have this truck in my posession, but I've got a friend with a 1948 Ford dually pickup with a 236 ci Flathead V8. The truck is maybe average to poor condition for a '48, which means it has a lot of surface rust, a few rust holes, some dents and some cracked plastic and glass. I'm only listing this because of the flathead. The previous owner claims it was running when it was last parked. I would love to build a flathead for a few cars I'd love to have, but my budget won't allow it. I don't think this engine should be sitting in a field, either, so I'm letting you all know about it. I know what he wants for the whole truck, so if you only want the motor, I'll have to buy the whole truck and part it out. Make me an offer, or I can get pictures, and we can try to make a deal. |
