| Description: | AIR COMPRESSOR PUMP: Very large CURTIS shop compressor pump from the 50's or so. Two cyl side-by-side single stage. "Model 80" on the block. 3 3/8" x 3 1/2" on data plate which I assume is bore and stroke. This pump worked very well when pulled. Tank had rusted out. Comes with plate to mount onto tank, two-groove 1 1/8" shaft motor drive pulley, (no motor included), flywheel has flat surface which works with the two V-belts when the motor is squared on the mount plate. Flywheel has centrifugal compression release built in. It will take a large 3 hp motor or better to drive it. Today's small 3 hp "rated" motors might not cut it. $175 chargerandy@hotmail.com |
