About me and my passion for cars
I don't know how old I was the first time my Grandpa put me in his lap and let me drive, but even though I could barely see over the steering wheel and couldn't begin to reach the pedals, I was hooked! I grew up going to Mo-Kan dragway with my parents and dreamed of being like Shirley Muldowney. I still love the smell of racing fuel and the excitement from feeling the vibrations when an engine revs up. I think the ultimate thrill is driving as fast as you possibly can! I met my husband when I started working for a company that makes radar detectors and mobile electronics and no one there was surprised when we started dating because of our mutual passion for cars. I'm fortunate to be able to enjoy this hobby with him and am grateful for all the friends we have met (and will meet) who share our love of cars!
