This month we’re going to help guide you towards some suspension options for your truck.
We know that one of the first things you’re going to do to your ride is either alter the suspension, upgrade the stereo or try to get more performance out of your engine. This month we’re going to help guide you towards some suspension options for your truck. Some of you might want to throw a static drop on your truck, meaning you just want a few inches out of the ride height. Some of you might want to be able to adjust your suspension with the flick of a switch, while the rest are looking to lift your truck.
Whichever way you’re looking to take your ride, it’s going to involve a couple of key components. The front will require a spindle and possibly control arms, while the rear will use blocks or a link setup.
It doesn’t matter whether you raise or lower your vehicle; the experience is the same. You’re searching for a way to make your truck look different from most other trucks on the road. The only major decision you need to make is whether you want to go up or down. This guide will give you a starting point, if you don’t see a specific application for your truck then contact the manufacturers involved, and chances are they’ll have something that will fit your needs.
