The Cure for Ditching Space-Hogging Stock Saddle Tanks on Your Square Body

One major bummer about the 1973-87 GM truck body style is the saddle tanks that sit outside of the frame rails on both sides of the truck just behind the cab. In today’s world of high-performance trucks it’s not enough to go fast in a straight line. To hang with the big boys you need to be able to hammer through the hairpins and carve the corners. Several suspension and brake companies have tuned their products toward that effort.
