Started in Fall 2006, Final Touches in Fall 2007. Took 3 or 4 bikes to put together, has a custom radio input jack for my MP3 player, front/rear suspension. Bike was originally a 2001 Mongoose MGX-DXR mountain bike, dismantled it completely and kept the frame, fork, and brakes, cleaned it up, etc. Took the rims,tires. and pegs from my 2003 Rhino Gauntlet, Handlebars from a 2006 Huffy bike, and a WICKED comfy seat from an exercise bike. The steel pedals came off of a 1970's era road bike. The sound-system was done from scratch, from 2 un-amplified speakers(no power source needed), took them out of their cases, cut some wood, mounted them in, spray painted the box black and clamped it on. The final touch were the chrome exhaust tips i mounted in the back, to add a badass look. It's a true favorite of my friends, and myself.
