My husband got this truck about a year and a half before we started dating. Puchased Jan 1994. He added the lift August 1995. I know this because we started dating in July of 1995. I am trying to write the history for him and he says he doesn't know it. Lets do what I know then, sound fair?

I know it was traded in a local dealership he was visiting for GM. He drove it for a month before he decided to purchase it. Over the years it has went from being solid black to being multi-colored. Therefore, I named it "Spot". The outside is 7 different colors. No longer the original truck. Cab was changed first, then the bed was changed. Original motor (350) was rebuilt once, and he put the motor his grandpa had given him into it. Now as it sits the reverse doesn't work. I have no idea how many miles that truck has on it. A blue billion?

While we were dating he would drive over to my house to pick me up and I could hear him coming up to a mile away. When I broke my leg and had cabin fever he came in Spot and took me out for a ride (not something I would recommend with a broken femur only 3 weeks after sugery). The truck has been put in mud bogs and mud races. I have driven in quite a few times and the looks I get are too funny. People always take a second look to make sure it was a female driving. He says its his toy. To me it will always be "Spot".
