About

Heres a few pictures of the 71 when she still had a six banger... I bought this truck for my Son for Christmas 2001 after he seen it sitting on the side of the road for sale... You can't go wrong giving your young son an old chevy... He drove it for 5 years and bulit a 350 for it when he was a senior in high school... He sold the 350 and parked the truck and began building a 402 big block for it... He then found a 1972 monte carlo (a dream car of his) and decided to drop the 402 in it... He ask me to fix and drive the 71 C-10, so it has become my project.

Specs

Now I don't have a 402, but I do have a little 69 model 307 with a steel crank, double hump heads, chromoly roller rockers, comp cams 292 H and a high rise eldelbrock performer rpm. So this old man can spin a tire when needed

Factory Options

Plain Jane baby.. Straight 6, 3 speed on the tree..
