Purchased the car in 1974, raced it until 1978 when it was taken apart to restore. New parts were ordered to replace many pieces that looked shabby or not perfect to me, now considered NOS and will go on the car as it is put together. The restoration was placed on hold for family, school, career. In 2005 I moved to Mexico to a start up company and the car is back in the race trailer in storage, the engine at my mother-in-laws and the other parts in boxes. My goal was to allow my son's to drive her to their proms which didn't happen. Then the goal was to let them drive it for their wedding, again not going to happen since the first one is in July and I am still in Mexico. No I will not bring it here to work on, I want to keep it for me. I just want to drive it before gas is no longer available.
