This TA is a California car from Brentwood, CA. Purchased for $900 (he was asking $1600 but a smile and cash did all the talkin') with a frozen 403 and 350 turbo trannny. Sold the motor & tranny AS IS for $500 and used the 400 from my other 1977 federal TA to upgrade this one. I towed it straight to my brothers shop and he took the best of both to creat JOSE. (Named for the previous owner) My brother did all of the work from the ground up. We upgraded the sway bar and put in a competition cam. He sure knows his muscle cars and owns an original 1970 TA himself. Thanks Tommy of Sprint Mechanics, in Campbell, CA! The interior was lovingly refinished by my step father Perry at 80 years old! This will be the last car he turns (so he says!). Thanks Uncle Perry.
