I worked on this car back in high school (1986 1987) I paid 800 bucks for it it had a 351W with a toploader 4 speed an ford 9 with 3.00 gearing It was oiginally the same colors and the imfamous eleanor from gone in 60 seconds Yellow with a black hood I loved this car but was very young and wild I Crashed it hydroplaning across some water under some overpasses in Dallas Texas and slid off an embankment into an irrigation ditch with a good ten feet drop it smacked the drivers side front so hard the car twisted like a pretzel, luckily I had my lap belt on and was not hurt (other than my pride) It tought me a very important lesson and I was very nervous about driving on water for many years. I stick to the drag strip now, its not worth losing a car or a life doing stupid stuff on the streets

Factory Options

Grande interior with nice woodgrain paneling, bucket seating. I feel these cars had the best interior of all the early generation mustangs, you could place your aftermarket guages right in the center cluster ad it would still look factory, which was hard to do back in them days, custom paint was done by myself and other high school buddies in auto paint and body school, not bad for a bunch of goofy 17 yaear olds

Mods

5 Inch Cobra jet hood scoop, Hooker headers, thats about all I can remember
