- Great datsun! I have always likes those cars and been curious on how they perform. How large is the aftermarket support for these cars?

(Yes, I get the Fairlady reference - the car was sold as the Fairlady Z in Japan. I'm just a fan of the musical, and played Henry Higgins in high school!)

About
Bought in 04. In Metroplex (Dallas/Ft worth) Previous owner did a full restoration, completed in 94, won in 94 for 1975, stock restoration/condition class(west coast nationals at the time owner was a resident of CA) Previous owner ran into garage and wrinkled fender. I have (fiannaly) started my own restroration however I have been tracking down and procuring all the parts needed. The engine had a complete rebuild. (as I recall bore .020 and forged flat tops installed some slight supension upgrades.) Car is not pure stock. (car is currently running but in restoration)

I6 2.8L Bosch "Jet" tronic fuel injection ( thank-you VW,MPI's Grandpa) list follows is R/T 75 apx.: 0-60 7.5sec, 1/4 mile mid-low 14s @ mid low 90s, 150 Net Hp, gvw 2,600 lbs (bumpers are for sissys), Top speed at least 133 ;}~~ (bonifide)
Factory Options
Z cars came in 2 main groups standard (mine) and a 2+2 (rear seat, heavier and longer), came with 4&5 speed manuals (later)and 3 speed autos, all cars came with full 4 wheel independant suspinsion.
