2003 Chevrolet Corvette 50th Anniversary Edition Convertible (Finally!)

About
Ever since I was a little girl working with my Dad on his 1967 big block Corvette Roadster, I dreamed of the day when I would have my own Corvette. Then, when I was 7, we had a bad house fire, and the garage was completely destroyed... with the Corvette still inside. Back then, I wanted a car just like Dad's, but as time went by I decided that I wanted to go my own way, to get a newer car that I wouldn't be afraid to drive regularly the way it was meant to be driven. Let's face it, if I had a '67 big block Roadster, I couldn't very well drive it like a car. It would just be worth too much.
I recently heard about this car from a friend at work and went to check it out last Friday. I had driven a couple of C5 and C6 Corvettes and liked the feel of the cars, so I knew pretty much what to expect. I wasn't disappointed. I loved it.I always imagined myself with a red Vette, but black is just fine with me, thank you very much! I finally have the car I've wanted for over 15 years!
