I bought someones finished project car. The car has new everything including a 3.6 swapped in. HP for this engine bone stock is 250HP but this engine has been tweeked a little.
After spending a rediculas amount of money on my RX7 project car, I knew I wanted another "daily driver" 80's sportscar but did not want another project.
I was looking for a 930 Porsche and finding lots of bad ones. I did some research and decided on an older 911 with a newer 3.6 liter swap. I found this one in Kansas City and after a succesful PPI, I flew up with my son and drove the car back, with a detour through the North Carolina Mountains.
I drive it as much as possible and try to keep it out of bad weather. It spends its summers in my Vacation home garage in North Carolina where I try to take it to the Dragons Tail as much as possible.
Car feel like a big engine pushing it down the road when you drive it. The best part? 30+MPG on the highway.
