About

I've had this car aince 2002. I made it BPU and drove it that way for the first 4 years. In 2006 I converted it to a single turbo at 230k. It now has 273k on the body. I had the motor replaced after blowing out the FMS twice (it had 256k.) I had a Boost Logic built racing transmission and 3800 stall converter installed Dec 2 2006(Merry X-mas to me!). I had the car tuned for hot weather, and unfortunately wasn't present when the numbers came up. It seemed like they weren't as good as the first dyno run a few months before. The dyno numbers were less than expected, but the car simply is starving for fuel. It's close to the ~500hp range. I'm still running the original injectors, and only one pump. That will change when the economy picks up. I haven't put money into the looks of it since I care more about performance. Besides, the stock look on these cars looks great to me:)

Dyno Trip

Blog post photo

Went to the dyno in March. What a trip! We could not get an accurate reading due to the built tranny wanting to downshift to 2nd at 80mph. The first reading was 425rwhp, but...
