Hey Pat, Sorry you lost to the Cuda, You've definately got more of a car in my opinion. Anyone with the bucks can have someone else build their car but then there is no "Heart & Soul" in it.

About

Super Sport #7669 of 8912 produced on May 15th, 2000. I bought my car on November 2004 from the original owner. She was pretty much stock when she came to me and has been undergoing an extensive series of modifications transforming her from a mild-mannered SS to the Street-terrorizing demon my car has become. Major mods include; valvetrain and cam, intake and exhaust, suspension and drivetrain upgrades.

Specs

Auburn Posi Differential

We're still waiting on the updated RWHP numbers from the head work and subsequent mods, but last time she dynoed 396rwhp/390rwtq. Never tracked her as I have no 1/4 mile track near me.

No longer the Daily Driver

Looks like the Rocket won't be my daily driver any longer. My wife and I bought a 2006 Chevrolet Trailblazer so I'll be driving her 1999 Camaro to work and whatnot from now on. I'll get it up in my garage as soon as she's clean enough to take pictures of.

She's back!!!

Got the car back from the shop yesterday, unfortunately the new heads didn't end up working, so I have to put the old ones back on. She's got the new clutch in and new roller rocker arms, but other than that, she's back to how she was before the new heads....

Still waiting.

Went to the shop again today and got some horrible news. Not only was my car not finished, it was broken again. I guess the head swap was too much. The rocker arm bearings came right out and were rattling all over the place. So I guess I need some new,...
