- I always thought these were really nice looking Thunderbirds and was really happy when the V8 became available in 94 (of course wasn't happy that it was detuned).

About
Nearly rust free Kansas car. Clutch went out in 2003, I've been working on rebuilding the motor since then. Motor was assembled in 2006/2007, and installed in 2007. Car back on the road for a few months in 2007, new lower springs and shaking out the engine tune. 2008, drove it a couple months and 2nd gear syncro went out. Swapped the trans and now driving it daily while waiting for some parts for the Auto Rotor swap.
2009 - Car is down as I swap in the Auto Rotor 2.0l along with various upgrades including new Air/Liquid intercooler and associated plumbing that needs to go with that and the Moates Quarterhorse for better tuneability.
Autorotor is in and car is running since August. best time so far about 13.5 @114mph on a very cold day in Iowa. Will dyno and get final tune next spring.
- Next year.. new paint.
