About
Was a stock eliminator car in the 1970's and early 80's. Purchased by local chassis builder Shawn Kennedy. This was the first car Shawn built - for himself. He ran it and showed it for about 8 years before selling to Jason Schade. Jason ran it in put a 'glide and box in it for Super Street and Super Pro. I purchased from Jason in Dec '96. We repainted from the familiar white with maroon stripes to the current red. We redid the interior with a gray tweed. We recently pulled the 'sipes racing' decals off, to make the car look like a GTX.

Working at the track, and not having an enclosed trailer has hampered my ability to run the car more than once every-other year. Typically runs 11.10's Should be 10.90's if I ever get a chance to tweak a few things. Would love to put Edlebrock Victor heads on the 500" short block I have for 2008. I think 10.40's here would be easy, and competitive in the 11.50 Super Street index.
