I just purchased this Corvair and it does seem to run real nice.It had new brakes and new vibration damper put on it before I aquired. Does have some rust isssues like around fender wells and the drivers side floor. The windows need new weatherstripping.

Well I recovered the dash pad over the weekend and installed the original radio which still works and miracles of miracles the original wiring was intact and undamaged. Also did some cleanup and painting on interior looks much better now. Am starting on the...

Paint Color

My better half informed me that Old Blue is not blue but green instead. Oh well I will defer to her but I still think its Blue. I should have it all paid for in about 3 more weeks.
