About
This may look like your ordinary grocery getter, but its not. With stock 110 hp under the hood and a driver with a "drive it like you stole it" attitude, you've the perfect combo. Since a huge hole in the muffler wouldn't pass state inspections, I got two Magnaflow mufflers for a cat-back dual exhaust, installed by Never-Rust Stainless Exhaust (hoping to boost my power up to around 115hp.) The engine is a 3.8 liter V-6 and is as clean as a whistle, and breathes through a K&N filter and a 2bbl Rochester Carb. I purchased this car back on April 17, 2005 with 59,640 miles off the second owner, who babied the car. Over the past 2 years I have washed, waxed, and detailed every inch of this Pontiac. I just recently won first place in my class (1977-1987 stock only) at the NHHAC show June 3rd 2007 at Mars Area Middle School. I later won second place at the 6th annual Budd Baer show and a week after that upset I won best GM, all years excluding Chevy, at the Bridgeville community days event. Most recently I tied my brother at Kiski Area car cruise for first place, not bad for my car being all original. This Grand Prix is a multiple show winner and honestly does not show its age for being all original since it has never seen snow and in the two years I've owned it, it only saw rain twice since both times I got caught out in it. This is a great example of a classic 80's American automobile, that has not been souped up, torn apart, wrecked, abused, fully restored, etc.
