About
This is the new Chevelle in the family since the passing of the Fat Rat. Sixgear is a 69 Chevelle painted in Lemans blue base/clear with 17" Boyd Coddington Junkyard Dogs , restored stock interior with a custom dash and console, slick paneled and carpeted trunk, and to motivate Sixgear down the road is a 9.5:1 SBC with Edlebrock aluminum heads, intake and carb, extremely rough idle cam, mirrors under hood for extra look, and of course the Borg Warner 6 speed manual trans with centerforce clutch. The rear axle is a 12 bolt posi-trac with 3:55 gears for a sweet cruisin speed and its all tied together by an Inland Empire aluminum driveshaft. Interstates and open roads are no match in 6th gear for this new cruiser. More mods will come in due time, right now just trying to get Sixgear used to its new home!!!
