Found this is the Trader again, just this past October 2007. . . what a boat! This thing is a blast to drive, and believe it or not, the 4200 pounder can move! When I get rolling challenges at about 50mph, I just smile and press the go pedal all the waaaaaaaaay down, she downshifts and . . . . BYE!!! This sucker honks!

This 430 is the predecessor to the 455 Buick, just a smaller bore, and these are the early 430 "big port" heads that the 455 guys love to bolt on their engines for an immediate power gain, because of the closed chamber (more compression), plus the ports flow better than the stocker 455 heads. I learned all this after I bought the car, . . . its just kind of a neat bonus.
