this doesn't tell why mortgages started failing they all just say bad loans
in reality when insurance co's didn't pay storm damages and left banks holding loads of worthless properties.they had to wipe the values off their books when the courts rulled ins co's didn't have to pay and people hadn't payed on their loans since storm hit.
