About me and my passion for cars

Owned and built many cool cars when I was too young to know what they'd be worth some day. Nobody did. Now my passion is my '68 Torino GT. which needs a total restoration. As ratty as it looks now, it makes me smile every single time I look at it. A Hyundai or Toyota just isn't a work of art like classic cars are. At 45, I'd LOVE to quit my IT job and restore cars for a living, if it only paid.

My first car

'69 skylark 350-4bbl

Car I wish I still had

'69 charger - white/black vinyl top. 383/auto. I bought it for $200 in 1983. Needed engine work, but body and interior was nice! Sold it 2 months later.

'71 GranSport- brown. 455 with A/T flawless interior. FASTEST car I ever owned without slightest upgrade.

'71 Torino GT- red w/white top. Blueprinted 351c 4bbl, 9" rear 4:11, 31 spline axles, Totaled after building it. Ins. Co paid me big money and I parted out the car. made more money.
