My cousin asked what it would take to buy the Softail I had, I told him a price and Two days later he told me he would take it. It was still riding season, so I was in a hurry to find my new bike. I searched for a 2008 black Ultra for some time because I wanted the drive by wire instead of the throttle cable. I found two and called both shops (it's amazing how salesman will not talk over the phone, even after telling them your three hours away and going to buy a bike) one wouldn't give me a price over the phone, so I called Neidengard's of Wintersville, Ohio and they took care of me very well. This is how the buying process happened, then I rode it for 3,000 miles or so before I did a thing to it. Then I started cutting and chopping away.
Security, Cruise, ABS
Have Klock Werks Headers w/Bub7 mufflers, Stage1 intake, stretched tank w/dash and flush gas cap, Seat modified to fit tank, Screaming Eagle gauges, painted inner fairing, Cut the rear support that license plate bolted to, Stretched front and rear fender w/ flush mounted license plate, Taillights are flush mounted in the bag fillers, 21" front renegade Pheonix wheel w/ matching 18" rear wheel and rotors, lowered 2" on both ends, made it where I could take the tour pak off while cruising town (used factory weather proof plugs to disconnect wiring for speakers, lights, radio and CB. Polished speaker covers, grips, floorboards, and pegs. Probably forgetting a few things but you get the idea.
