i bought this truck seven yrs ago was a drag truck at one time still have the same motor that in it that i run today sometimes it scares me when i have the urge to get on it.
I have owned her since 1990, I started doing the full resto in 1999 after the car was damaged while being stored. It was finished in Aug 2009.
motor is a 383 stroker cam is a 292 with a 501 lift 400 steel crank lunati roller lifters lunati titaneum rods running 2 500 edelbrock carbs jetted up to 550s heads are 202s at the time it was being raced it ran 125mph in the quarter mile. 400 turbo trans with a hurst megastar shifter. running a 373 gear
It has a Pontiac 461 stroker motor backed by a tremec 6 speed, ford 9in w/ 373's makes a lil over 400 horse to the tires no quarter time yet.

originally it was a factory hurst edition white with red interior 6.6l Pontiac w/ auto trans, I know I should have left it stock but I couldn't due to the damage incurred while it was being stored.
int. is done in black velour dash panel and floor console are done in oak. some parts under hood and int. i made from stain steel including spoiler on back color is blackcherry with metel flake basecoat clearcoat wheels are 15in. neptunes by american. tires are 15in. 275rs on all 4 corners. some of the int. and all of the bed inside is done in flames with ac/dc logos on door panals and shot down in flames inside bed.
The car is sitting on a custom Art Morrison air ride full frame which features a mustang 2 front end. Custom body work with a ground effects kit which was all done back in 1990. colorado custom wheels, killer stereo. I'm just glad it's finally done so I can enjoy her.
