I like anything American as long as it is wholesome and God fearing! The very name of this group causes goose bumps and a lump in my throat!

American Muscle Car Club! Think about it! These are cars that were designed and built in the USA. Even the rice burners that are assembled in America cannot make that claim!

This group is for all American Muscle Car owners...

Perhaps someday, there might be a club for Corolla's, Camry's, Prius' and the like but I don't have the vision or passion to envision it. If you are an American, it should be all about America. Sorry guys and gals but I just can't figure in buying foreign product even if it is assembled here.

So go outside if you are at work and find a flag and salute it 'cause we got guys that are giving us the right this very minute. And if you haven't driven a new Ford or Chevy or Chrysler lately, it's about time you did 'cause we build an awesome automobile. Second to none in my opinion and I got the service records to prove it!

God Bless America! The rest of the world sure doesn't.

i agree 100% with that. When the economy tanked hard and all you heard on the evening news was the word LAY OFFS i did every thing i could to buy American. I didn't mind paying a little extra if it help keep some American kid fed and warm.
I bought MOPAR oil filters for a little more than FRAM but the MOPAR was made in the USA. I can't remember were FRAM was from. Now that things are getting better i plan to do my part and keep it that way and BUY AMERICAN.

I would love to buy American but we just don't make much here anymore.

Manufacturing jobs have been sent to Asia, phone support and many computer jobs have also been sent oversees.

If we were to get into a WW2 type war, I'm afraid we wouldn't have the manufacturing base to sustain the war effort.

If we had not shipped our jobs oversees we probably would not have this recession.

When will Americans wake up and realize that we need to be self reliant? We don't have to withdraw from the World stage, just restore the ability to provide for our own needs.
