I just wanted to make sure everyone takes a good look at their reservations.

In Texarkana, we are actually staying 3 nights Friday-Saturday and Sunday nights. May 11-12-13 departing on Monday, May 14th. (I realize not everyone will make it there on Friday night.)

My concern is that when I checked our rooming list, I see that some of you are checking out on Sunday morning May 13th. Then you have reservations for Monday night May 14th in Lafayette. So just be careful. Make sure that your booking includes Sunday night since we do not leave Texarkana until Monday morning. I just don't want any of you to be roomless on Sunday night. eek image

Let me know if you have any questions.

This would be a good time for Tyler to set up bunks in the 18 wheeler. Should be able to get $20 bucks a head for those that leave out the sunday night reservation semitrailer image

    hey Tyler...

Got those bunk beds set up yet? If we keep adding runners this year, we're gonna need 'em for certain. Just wanna make sure we got room for everyone.

$20 per night per bunk & ya might have enough $$ to pay for fuel. biggrin image

Keep the ideas rolling in Solargold.
