    Ken

This is probably more about me being lazy than "what's wrong" I thought maybe 4th gens had a history of this type of thing and maybe it wasn't a problem. It wasn't that way last year and it is now so something broke. Most of the time it's just me in the car so it's got to be a fading spring. Springs, shocks and a torque arm bushing are on the way. An afternoon under the car and it's done. I did find a couple of references to rear spring sag on LS1 Tech.

My last business trip before the Bandit Run is ends tomorrow. I should have a few days to install all the parts that are accumulating in the garage. The 3.73s are in and run in. Tires need a couple hundred miles-----have to add a "cb antenna mount only" sticker on the hitch or go back on probation.

How are you calibrating the speedo with the new gears?

I kinda like it the way it is----really fast, great gas mileage, coming off ramps at 100. When I get done swapping parts, there is a GTO tuner near Dayton--Proxses Tuning. We'll either just flash it or put it up on the roller depending on how busy he is--good guys are always busy. I'd rather make a couple of runs on the roller so he can tweek it in.

Done swapping parts, old inflexible guys with short arms and thinned out blood shouldn't change the plugs on a 4th gen. I'll get the speedometer tweeked next week. Now it's just clean up.
