Right hand drive Cobra replica which I imported from the UK. It was in damp storage for at least 15 years and its condition showed it. The fellow I bought it from could not drive it any longer and offered it up for a very good price. I imported it as a non runner and will admit that jaguar 12cylinder with an old Borg Warner automatic was not the most inspiring combination for performance. Opening the hood though at a cruise sure attracted a lot of attention. It was one of those cars everybody loves, think it is powerful but a disappointment to the owner...me.
Power was a V12 Jaguar engine with 6 carbs and an automatic transmission. The car ran like a freight train even though these engines were not noted for torque or power in a light car like this it flew.
Hardtop, 16 inch knock offs, Jaguar rear and front suspension, side pipes and roll bar. All the typical Cobra gear.
Other than ramming a V12 with a BW automatic it was a typical Cobra build.
