I always wanted a 55 chevy, this car is one of the car that defines "hot rod" to me. I picked this one up off of ebay. It was in sad shape but I'm almost finished with the body work.

The horsepower should be 600 - 700, torque somewhere in the 600 range. I haven't built the engine, transmission or rearend yet. I have collected all the parts.

'm building an bored and stroked big block for this puppy (496). Should be in the 700 horsepower range, Forged pistons, slight domes, nice rods, crank, aluminum heads (Victor), RPM intake, demon 900 carb, T56 transmission, ford 9 inch rear, hedits triangulated 4 link, All these items are still in boxes waiting for assembly.
